Check-in time is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out until 2:00 PM available on request at ₹500 extra. Beyond 2:00 PM, a full day charge applies.
Cancellation made 72 hours or more before check-in: full refund. Cancellation within 48–72 hours: 50% refund. Cancellation within 48 hours: no refund. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Please contact us via WhatsApp or call for cancellations.
We regret that pets are not permitted inside the resort premises, including rooms and restaurant areas, in order to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.
Extra beds are available for ₹500 per night. Children below 5 years stay free when sharing parents' bed. Maximum 1 extra bed per room (not available in Standard rooms). Cribs/baby cots available on request at no extra charge.
A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, or Driving License) is mandatory for all guests at check-in. All occupants must be registered. Couples must provide proof of identification for both guests.
